SERVICES
Advanced PPE Company is a verified ISP (Independant Service Provider). Our services include Advanced Cleaning, Inspection and Repair of PPE. In addition to the NFPA 1851 services listed below, we are capable of working with any industry that uses high performance fabrics.
ADVANCED CLEANING

NFPA 1851 calls for advanced cleanings of firefighter turnout gear to be conducted twice a year minimum.

Advanced cleanings should also be conducted when routine cleaning fails to render the turnout gear sufficiently clean for service.

Complete documentation of all advanced cleanings will be kept on file by Advanced PPE for the life of the PPE garment.
ADVANCED INSPECTION

NFPA 1851 requires that firefighter turnout gear have an advanced inspection once a year, or whenever routine inspections indicate that a problem could exist. Advanced inspections must be conducted by the manufacturer, a manufacturer trained organization, or a verified ISP.

Complete documentation of all advanced inspections will be kept on file by Advanced PPE and backed up by the cloud for the life of the PPE garment.
REPAIR AND ALTERATIONS
NFPA 1851 states that all repairs must be performed by the original manufacturer, a trained verified ISP, or a member of the organization who has received training. Advanced PPE is trained and experienced at performing repairs at NFPA 1851 standards. All repairs and alterations to the firefighter turnout gear are done using like materials and components as the manufacturer’s method of construction which are compliant.
RECORD KEEPING
Advanced PPE uses online garment tracking that meets NFPA 1851. Our record keeping will help you with tracking, planning, accountability and backed up with cloud service.
CUSTOM GEAR
No project is too small or big. We will work with you with the development of custom gear or alterations to exsisting gear. We are able to work with all types of industry that use high performance fabrics.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Advanced PPE is located geographicaly to serve Central and Sourhern California. We pick up and deliver within our geographical area. We will work with you to develop the most effecient and cost effective route of delivery.
NFPA 1851 TRAINING and CONSULTING
Advanced PPE will provide in-house certified NFPA 1851 classes. We will also work along side you as you develop your own NFPA 1851 program. Being end-users we have years of experience with care and maintenance of firefighting PPE.
